Purpose and retention
Technical data supports security and availability. Consented analytics helps identify useful pages. Newsletter data is used to deliver the EmailTonic Brief and related editorial or promotional messages described at signup. Messages are used to answer enquiries and handle corrections. Data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes or legal obligations.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, reject or withdraw analytics through Cookie settings, or request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@emailtonic.com. You may also complain to the CNIL or your local supervisory authority. Do not send sensitive information through ordinary email.
